These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of stinkn.com and any services provided by Stink’n LLC, a Connecticut limited liability company (“Stink’n,” “we,” “us”). By using the site you agree to these Terms.

This site is intended for persons who are 21 years of age or older. By entering, you represent that you meet that requirement and that your use of the site is lawful in your jurisdiction.

Stink’n produces terpene-matched candles inspired by specific cannabis cultivars. Our candles:

• Are decorative and aromatic consumer goods intended for external use only.
• Are not drugs, dietary supplements, or medical devices. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
• Are not smokeable, ingestible, or vaporizable. Do not ingest the wax or terpenes.
• Are not psychoactive and do not contain measurable Δ9-THC.

Any descriptions of aromas, strains, or terpene profiles on this site are provided for sensory and educational context only, not as medical advice.

stinkn.com does not currently offer direct-to-consumer online checkout. Orders are handled through direct correspondence via our contact form. Prices, product availability, and specifications are subject to change without notice. Wholesale and cultivator services are subject to a separate written agreement.

Burn candles responsibly. Never leave a burning candle unattended. Keep out of reach of children and pets. Place on a heat-resistant surface away from drafts and flammable materials. Trim wick to ¼ inch before each burn. Discontinue use when ½ inch of wax remains. Stink’n is not liable for damage arising from improper use.

All content on stinkn.com — including the Stink’n wordmark, dragon mark, product photography, and written copy — is owned by Stink’n LLC and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, republish, or use it commercially without written permission.

We may link to third-party websites (for example, Abstrax). We are not responsible for the content or practices of those sites, and a link does not constitute endorsement.

The site and any products are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stink’n disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stink’n LLC and its members, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the site or our products. Our aggregate liability arising from any transaction shall not exceed the amount you paid to Stink’n for the product at issue.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Connecticut.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
