Privacy Policy

Stink’n LLC (“Stink’n,” “we,” “us”) is a Connecticut limited liability company that produces small-batch, terpene-matched candles. This policy describes how we handle personal information collected through stinkn.com.

We collect only the information you choose to give us:

• Contact form submissions — name (optional), email address, inquiry topic, and message body.
• Server logs — for security and abuse prevention, our servers briefly record the IP address and approximate timestamp of contact-form submissions. These logs are used only for rate limiting and are not tied to identity.
• Age acknowledgment — when you confirm you are 21 or older, we store that acknowledgment in your browser (local storage) so you are not asked again on the same device. No date of birth is transmitted to our servers.

We do not use analytics or advertising cookies. We do not sell personal information to third parties. We do not share your email with mailing lists.

• To respond to your inquiry.
• To send you information you have specifically requested (a wholesale sheet, a spec, a shipping timeline).
• To detect and prevent spam and abuse of the contact form.
• To comply with legal obligations.

We will not use your contact information to send marketing messages unless you have separately opted in.

Contact form submissions are delivered by encrypted SMTP to a private Stink’n mailbox hosted by Google Workspace / Gmail. We do not run a customer database. We do not use third-party analytics.

We retain contact-form inquiries in our mailbox for as long as needed to serve the customer relationship, and delete or archive them on a rolling basis. Server rate-limit logs are ephemeral (kept in memory and expire within minutes).

Depending on where you live (including under the Connecticut Data Privacy Act, the California Consumer Privacy Act, and the EU General Data Protection Regulation, as applicable), you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. Send a request to stinknstickers@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days.

This site is intended for adults 21 years of age or older. Stink’n does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 21.

We serve stinkn.com over HTTPS with modern security headers (HSTS, strict Content Security Policy, frame denial). No payment information is collected on this site. No sensitive category of personal data is requested or stored.

We may update this policy from time to time. Substantive changes will be reflected in the effective date above.
